This Returns and Refunds Policy governs the return of goods purchased from The Sunni Bookstore. It is written in accordance with applicable United Kingdom consumer protection law.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.

Books that have been read, marked, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
Requesting a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are advised to use a tracked return service. Responsibility for the item remains with the customer until it is received by us.
Refunds

Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
Where appropriate, a replacement or full refund will be arranged, including return shipping.
International Orders
